DivyaSree to launch TechnoPark

DivyaSree, leading real estate solution providers, on Thursday announced the launch of TechnoPark, a modern IT/ITES SEZ in Whitefield.

The SEZ is a 73-acre business park, which will house over seven million sq. ft. of office space to cater to IT and ITES companies. The project to be developed with a budget of over Rs 1,200 crore will offer occupants international standard infrastructure such as captive power generation for back-up supply, specialised cooling systems dual bandwidth connectivity, an incubator facility of 500 seats and multi-level car parking zones with a total capacity for 8,500 cars and 17,000 two wheelers.

"Riding on the Centre's promotion of Special Economic Zones, DivyaSree has embarked on a journey to offer the IT/ITES industry the best in quality space and enhanced benefits," said Mr Sumeet Chawla, Director (Business Development), adding it was expected to contribute to the economy $70 million over a five-year period.

DivyaSree has been at the forefront of providing real estate solutions to the IT sector and has developed facilities for global IT giants such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Convergys, Dell, PeopleSoft, Hexaware and i2 Technologies.
