Pacifica Tech Park to be ready by April

Chennai Jan. 19 The 1.1-million sq ft Pacifica Tech Park, which is being developed by the Indian arm of US-based Pacifica Companies, will be ready by April, according to Mr Vikram Agnihotri, Regional Head South, Pacifica Companies.

Hesaid that the project, which is coming up in Navalur on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, is estimated to cost "between Rs 75 crore and Rs 100 crore."

The park is located in a 7.29 acre property and would have two blocks. Mr Pradeep Kshatriya, Director, Marketing, Pacifica Companies, said that the company had invested Rs 1,000 crore in projects in many cities in India and has plans to invest an additional Rs 1,500 crore in the next two years.
