Cambridge net rises to Rs 18.05 cr

Cambridge Solutions Ltd has reported a consolidated net of Rs 18.05 crore on revenues of Rs 358.59 crore for the quarter-ended December 31, 2006 compared with a net of Rs 8.51 crore on revenues of Rs 84.41 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. The IT services business, which grew by 40 per cent, contributed to around 33 per cent of the company's consolidated revenues at Rs 118.12 crore. The BPO business grew 16 per cent to Rs 240.4 crore. America accounted for 81 per cent of consolidated revenues followed by Australia at 10 per cent and the rest from Europe and Asia. Cambridge added 28 new clients during the quarter. Net employee addition of 116 during the quarter increased the total global headcount to 4,383.
