SunTec pricing tool for DBS

Our Bureau

Thiruvananthapuram March 26 SunTec Business Solutions, a player in relationship-based pricing and centralised billing solutions, has announced that Singapore-based DBS will deploy its flagship product TBMS-F.

This would help DBS, one of the largest financial services groups in Asia, to competitively price and bill its services and boost customer retention and acquisition. "For DBS, we proposed a departmental solution model that could serve as a pilot and be easily extended to its other lines of business," said Mr K. Nanda Kumar, CEO of SunTec.

"This is our first venture in the Asia-Pacific banking sector outside India, a promising and highly competitive market. We see good scope for expansion within months, reaching other geographies in the region," Mr Kumar added.

Initially, DBS will use TBMS-F to enhance its cash management services. The bank has been examining better ways to serve its customers, through innovative bundling and pricing of its product offerings, tailored to their businesses.
