Hyderabad April 15 Recruitment process outsourcing solutions provider Siti Corporation has evolved software as a service model for enterprises that handles the entire talent induction process. The President and Chief Executive Officer of Siti Corporation, Ms Veena Gundavelli, said the company products developed in house are hosted at Siti data centres in Silicon Valley and managed at the global centre in Hyderabad. These help enterprises access software that takes care of the entire process of recruitment. "This on-demand model is a clincher for all layers of companies, be it small or large, and brings down the overall recruitment costs for the company. The mode of payment has evolved to a monthly subscription basis and we now have over 100 enterprises for whom we offer recruitment-related services," she said. Speaking to Business Line, Ms Veena said the task of recruitment has become a lot more complex as they source resources from any part of the world where talent is located. Secondly, the talent hunt costs have gone up for the entire process. As a part of the company's evolution process since 2002, Siti developed a host of products and Recruit Sharp, Source Sharp and lastly a portal that can be incorporated in a company site. These are supported by version 3.5 of the software as a service option. As a part of this growth, apart from viewing India as a potential market for the company products, the company sees itself playing a larger role in the recruitment industry. It plans to ramp up India centre to about 300 people from the current 110. Most technology companies have evolved some sort of hybrid recruitment process. But Siti offers the entire recruitment solution to companies in IT, hitech industries (semiconductor, electronic), manufacturing and financial services among others. As a part of the RPO services, these cover sourcing, screening, background check and recruitment itself.
