Mergers & Acquisitions TVS unit buys Ramco Infotech
Chennai, July 14 TVS Interconnect Systems Ltd (TVSICS), a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS & Sons, has completed the acquisition of Ramco Infotech Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ramco Systems Ltd, a press release said. The acquisition would aid TVSICS in offering systems integration services for passive and active infrastructure in the telecom and networking sector. It currently offers wireless solutions, carrier solutions, project management services and networking solutions, t he release said. — Our Bureau
