Color Chips to merge group cos

Hyderabad, July 19

The Board of Directors of Color Chips India Ltd at its meeting on July 16 has considered the proposal of the merger of Color Chips India Ltd, Color Chips Animation Park Ltd and Millitoon Animation Pvt Ltd with Color Chips New Media Ltd. The Board has informed the BSE that they have also decided to appoint an Independent firm of Chartered Accountants to prepare and advice on the scheme of merger. – Our Bureau
