D-Link opens R&D centre in Bangalore

Bangalore, Dec. 3

D-Link India Ltd has inaugurated its new R&D centre at Electronic City, Bangalore. The 8,077 sq. m. centre can seat more than 500 employees. It will drive the company’s R&D initiatives in India and focus on converged IP solutions, business routers and gateways and wireless technology products for the Indian and global markets, D-Link said in a stock exchange notice. Mr Jangoo Dalai, Managing Director & CEO of the company, said: “Our new R&D centre should further augment our product offerings to the Indian and global market. By closely studying the evolving needs of the market, we would then be able to innovate new products as well as strengthen our portfolio of products aimed at this segment.” _ Our Bureau
