Danlaw dissolves CNA Group ties

Hyderabad, Jan. 9

Danlaw Technologies India Ltd has announced that it is set to dissolve its joint venture with CNA Group Ltd, and Mr G.V. Subba Rao, which was formed in 2005. As per the proposal Danlaw is divesting its stake in the company in favour of the CNA Group with a view to focus on the company's core business. Initially, it was proposed to invest Rs 2 crore in the venture, Mr A. Bhaskara Rao, Company Secretary, Danlaw, told Business Line. - Our Bureau
