New Delhi, March 15

GMR Sports, owners of Delhi Daredevils, on Saturday announced that Hero Honda will be the team sponsor of the DLF Premier League 20:20 cricket tournament. At a press conference here, GMR officially announced that Kingfisher will be the associate sponsor, while Adidas will be the apparel sponsors for the team. At the conference it was also formally announced that Virendra Sehwag will be the captain of the team. The GMR Group, which is currently involved in the modernisation of Delhi airport, is making its initial foray into sporting event with Delhi Daredevils.
