New Business UTStarcom gets IPTV contract New Delhi, Sept 2 UTStarcom has bagged a contract from Aksh Optifibre Ltd. to deploy Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) solution in 20 cities on Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd's broadband network.
