Mumbai, Oct. 7 ICICI Bank and Dish TV on Tuesday announced the launch of its interactive banking service, ICICIACTIVE.

Through this initiative, Dish TV users will be able to get information on the various products and services offered by ICICI Bank on their screens.

The viewers will get information on product features, EMI amount on various loans, eligibility criteria, time required for processing a request, the bank’s ATM and branch locators and the different types of bank accounts and deposits.

All this information will be shown on the Dish TV screen along with the toll-free customer service number. “There are around seven million active digital TV viewers and the numbers are expected to grow further.

“The association with Dish TV will enable us to further extend our reach and offer the latest information to the customers. Based on the readily available details customers can plan their financial needs,” said Mr Maninder Juneja, Head (Retail Liabilities), ICICI Bank.
