UTV Software subsidiary changes name

MUMBAI: UTV Software Communications on Friday said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, UTV Motion Pictures Plc, will change its name to UMP Plc. UTV Motion Pictures Plc is incorporated in the Isle of Man, United Kingdom.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 787 in afternoon trade, up 2.47 per cent on the BSE. - PTI
