Info-Tech Patni appoints Louis Theodoor as ED MUMBAI: IT services and business solutions provider, Patni Computer Systems, on Wednesday said it has appointed Mr Louis Theodoor (Loek) van den Boog as executive director (ED) of the company with effect from April 29. "Mr Loek's appointment will strengthen our management team and help us transform the business in the changing market environment. His vast experience will be an asset to our business," Mr Narendra K Patni, Chairman and CEO, Patni said in a press release issued here today. - PTI
