Nagarjuna Const converts shares of warrant holders

Hyderabad , March 29

NAGARJUNA Construction Company Ltd has informed the bourses on Tuesday that the allotment committee of its board has approved the allotment of 4.5 lakh equity shares to Western India Trustee & Executor Company Ltd (as Trustee of India Advantage Fund-I) and 2.5 lakh equity shares to Mr Rakesh Jhunjhunwala (Partner, Rare Investments) as a result of the conversion of respective warrants issued earlier on preferential basis.

The shares allotted shall be locked in up to November 30, 2005 as per SEBI guidelines.
