Hexaware to pay 50% dividend

MUMBAI: Hexaware Technologies Ltd will be paying a dividend of 50 per cent to its shareholders. The decision, taken at the company's annual general meeting held on Monday, was intimated to the stock exchanges.

The meeting also discussed acquisition and holding of equity shares of the company by foreign institutional investors, whose current holding in Hexaware stands at 24.13 per cent.
