SPEL Semiconductor net rises

CHENNAI: SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 69.70 lakh on revenues of Rs 11.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 compared with a net profit of Rs 27.70 lakh on revenues of Rs 8.59 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Total expenditure was Rs 9.23 crore (Rs 6.69 crore).
