Alliances & Joint Ventures Macromedia teams up with HP Our Bureau
This facility set up with an investment of Rs 10 crore seeks to target the market for point of purchase (PoP) designer graphics and merchandise, and to provide rich digital print quality. The Managing Director of Macromedia, Mr Naresh Kumar, said DigiPop is the branded retail digital printing solutions aimed at helping marketers in their quest to attract customers to their products. The market for this digital printing segment is growing significantly and is projected to be about Rs 1,500 crore by 2006-2007, and offers scope for growth. "We have so far invested about Rs 25 crore across six major cities in Macromedia facilities and are exploring the potential of locating similar digital printing infrastructure in other cities," Mr Kumar, said.
