HCL Infosystems said that it had been permitted to restructure the company by demerging its networking business into Microcomp Ltd. In a statement to the BSE, the company said that the Delhi High Court had given its approval to merge the office automation and telecommunication business of HCL Infinet Ltd into HCL Infosystems with effect from April 1, 2006. HCL Infinet is a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems and Microcomp Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infinet Ltd.
