NIIT tool gets innovation award

IT trainer NIIT today said its Auto-Quote education solution based on ‘Critical Mistake Analysis (CMA)’ methodology has enabled US-based Allstate Insurance Company to receive ‘Innovation Award’ instituted by Society of Insurance, Trainers and Educators (SITE). SITE is a US-based organisation focused on providing performance improvement opportunities to society members through programmes, networking and services. CMA identifies behaviours witnessed b y high performers compared to those of average performers. —
