CNBC TV 18 would telecast extensive analysis of the Union Budget proposals by its in-house panel of experts deciphering their impact on various sectors.

The programme will also feature a contest called ‘Budget Bonanza Contest’ in which viewers can answer trivia questions on the Budget, said a statement from the company.

The channel will also have an exclusive interview with the Finance Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram.

Also, throughout the day CNBC TV 18 and CNBC AWAAZ would telecast comprehensive budget coverage ranging from special live sessions with policy makers, industry bodies, corporates and market experts through the day, said the release.
