Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), a Chennai-based Offshore Technology Operations Management (TOM) company, has signed a partnership with mySolutions, a South Africa-headquartered IT solutions company, for its expansion into the technology services and support market in Africa. mySolutions will market CSS’ offerings in the African market while CSS will provide offshore technology delivery and development support. The partnership will target government organisations, banks, retail and manufacturing companies in South Africa, Botswana and Kenya with its Lotus Notes software services and support offering. —
