STAR Networks appointment

New Delhi, June 10

STAR Networks has appointed Mr Sumantra Dutta as the network’s Country Head, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan. He will be responsible for spearheading STAR’s business in the three markets and be based in Dubai. “We have a tremendous opportunity to grow our business and extend the STAR brand across these three markets, and I look forward to working with the team to ensure we reach our full potential,” said Mr Dutta. In a statement, the company said M r Dutta who has extensive media, entertainment and advertising sales experience, has rejoined STAR from News Outdoor India, where he served as Managing Director.
