SumTotal Systems, a Nasdaq-listed talent development solutions company, has appointed Mr Arun Chandra as its Chief Executive Officer. He would assume charge on November 1. Prior to this appointment, Mr Chandra worked for Hewlett-Packard for 20 years, a press release said. —
