OnMobile net up 32.9%

OnMobile Global Ltd, a value-added services company for mobile, landline and media services providers, reported a 32.9 per cent rise in net profit for the second quarter ended September 30, 2008. The company said in a statement to the stock exchange that net profit increased to Rs 1,738 lakh from Rs 1,308 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Total revenue increased 35.9 per cent to Rs 7,935 lakh (Rs 5,838 lakh). Shares of the company were up 0.45 per cent to end at Rs 235.00 on F riday on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
