Net 4 India to consider allotting shares to Bennet, Coleman

MUMBAI: Net 4 India Ltd., a New Delhi-based internet services company, said on Friday its management committee will meet on January 19 to allot 5 lakh shares to Bennet, Coleman & Co. Ltd on a preferential basis.

Shares in the company were trading down 3.7 per cent at Rs 117.35 in a strong Mumbai market.
