Mirc Elec creditors, shareholders to hold meet on amalgamation scheme

MUMBAI: Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed the BSE that the Bombay High Court has directed that a separate meeting of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors will be held on January 5, 2009, for the purpose of considering the am algamation scheme proposed to be made between Guviso Holdings Pvt. Ltd and Mirc Electronics Ltd.
