AEZ, a commercial real-estate developer and a strategic business unit of Aerens Group, has announced its `AEZ Vaishali' project that would include malls, food courts, and an amusement and water-park, at a cost of about Rs 80 crore.

"Brands like Fun Republic, Fundoo World, Music World, Cafe Coffee Day, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Baskin Robbins, Cream Bell etc have already booked their space at this family entertainment and utility destination," Mr Sanjay Kackar, Project Director - AEZ Vaishali, said.

The 12-acre project is coming up at Delhi-UP border. The company expects the project to be completed by February 2005, he added.

According to the plan, AEZ Vaishali would feature a 100,000 sq ft family entertainment centre with a 3-screen multiplex, centrally air-conditioned malls with multi-layer shopping arcades, an amusement and water park, free-standing drive-in restaurants and open amphitheatre with laser musical fountain.
