Intel India gets new chief

BANGALORE: Intel Technology India has got a new President, Mr Frank B. Jones, in place of Mr Ketan Sampat.

Mr Jones, apart from overseeing the research activities at the India Development Centre would also interact with the governments and educational institutions, according to the company. The development centre, which has 2,700 people, would be a major growth factor in the future, according to Mr Jones. Mr Sampat is returning back to the US.
