BSE to come out with rights issue

Mumbai, Sept. 26

The Bombay Stock Exchange has decided to raise additional capital through a rights issue. This decision was taken at the BSE AGM held here today. The BSE has to raise its equity capital to become eligible for listing its shares on itself (BSE) or on the NSE.
