Ansal raises Rs 681 cr via QIP

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd, announced the completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement in India. The company raised Rs 681.75 crore through allotment of 67.50 lakh shares of Rs 5 each at a price of Rs 1,010 per share. The overall book was subscribed by over two times.

The QIP saw participation from 15 domestic investors including domestic mutual funds, banks and insurance companies.
