Northgate to hike capital

Hyderabad, July 5

Northgate Technologies has decided to increase its authorised capital from Rs 23 crore to Rs 50 crore. In a statement, the company told the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on July 7 to consider bid to raise up to $100 million through global depository receipts (GDRs) or foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) in one or more tranches.
