Chennai, Sept 1 Mr Venu Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director, TVS Motor Company, said that TVS was a “principled company” and would not do anything unethical.

“We believe we have not violated anybody’s property,” he said, adding that the company could defend itself in the courts, if necessary.
