Mumbai, May 23 IT education firm Karrox Technologies expects to tap into geographies such as Africa and China by 2010-11.

In order to finance its future growth aspirations, the company will pump in about $7 million, said Mr Jeetendra Nair, Chief Executive Officer, Karrox Technologies.

“We might form a special purpose vehicle for our China foray; in Africa we have Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana on our roadmap.” The company intends to reach revenues of Rs 100 crore by 2010, against the Rs 35 crore reported last fiscal. Karrox has earmarked about $5 million for acquisitions in the current financial year, added Mr Nair.

The company expects to have about 125 training centres and be present in about 14 countries by 2010, Mr Nair said. Currently, the company has 30 centres; it operates on a franchisee model as well as a self-owned model
