New Delhi , Dec. 10 THE BharatMatrimony Group has launched a property portal, IndiaProperty.com, entailing an investment of Rs 4.5 crore in the next one year. The portal would provide information on buying, selling and renting in real estate, the Group CEO, Mr Murugavel Janakiraman, told newspersons. The portal offers a customised interface in various property categories making each listed property unique and also serves as a common platform for both business-to-consumers and business-to-business transactions. The portal would be free for individuals, but charge between Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000 from builders and agents depending upon the services used. Mr Janakiraman said: "Online real estate market is not organised properly. We want to help the potential buyer and seller to come on the common platform for property transactions. We have already added over 20,000 properties through our soft launch."
