Day Trading Guide

The near-term outlook is bearish for stocks such as DLF, Reliance Capital and Reliance Communications. We recommend sell in these stock for the session. Initiate fresh short-position if ICICI Bank declines below Rs 428 and L&T falls below Rs 680, with tight stop-loss.

We notice the formation of bearish engulfing candlestick pattern in Infosys stock, signalling bearishness. We recommend sell in this counter. Fresh short-position can be initiated if RIL penetrates Rs 1,070 and TCS declines below Rs 500, with stiff stop-loss. Utilise rallies to sell SBI with tight stop-loss at Rs 1,180. However, the outlook is cautious for ONGC. Desist trading in this stock.
