Tata Communications inks pact with SugarCRM

MUMBAI: Tata Communications has signed a partnership agreement with SugarCRM to provide On-Demand CRM applications to its customers in India.

According to Tata Communications, this marks the company’s entry into the fast growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) space and is an extension of its managed services portfolio.

The On-Demand CRM service will help organisations strengthen sales, marketing and support services, the company said. — Our Bureau
