GV Films MoU with Sidesh Films

MUMBAI: GV Films Ltd has informed BSE that it has entered into an MoU with Mumbai-based Sidesh Films P Ltd for forming a 50:50 joint venture on a profit sharing basis to produce a Hindi film.

The film to be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar has Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role along with Saif Ali Khan and Sanjay Dutt.

About 70 per cent of the project cost will be raised by Sidesh Films and the balance gap funding will be bridged by the company. This film is slated for completion in seven months.

The company is also expected to invest in the equity of Sidesh films.
