Monster India offers walk-in scheduler

Our Bureau

Hyderabad , Oct. 27

Online recruitment facilitator Monster India has announced the launch of a new feature that simplifies the process of `walk-in' recruitment.

The company released the `Walk-In Scheduler', a software package that provides candidates' data to employers through an exclusive login-protected URL. The data can also be accessed offline. The product aims to reduce the clutter and volumes of individual data that often overwhelms walk-in interviews.

With the Retail, Business Process Outsourcing, IT/ITES and other services industries hiring in `bulk', inducting large numbers in short periods of time, the Walk-In Scheduler helps ease the process for candidates and for recruiters.

The Monster India Vice-President, Mr Sanjay Modi, in a statement said: "the product will find application across all industries and for corporate houses planning to hire in large numbers."

This enables pre-interview screening, automation of repeat processes and streamlines the procedures at the `walk-in' venue by segregating the pool of applicant data by venue, positions and any other categorised parameter specified by the employer or the job seeker.
