Jet Airways has expanded its codeshare arrangement with All Nippon Airways, for enhanced network connectivity between Japan and India. The reciprocal codeshare is open for sale and travel with immediate effect.

The agreement will mean guests travelling on both Jet Airways and All Nippon will be able to fly between Tokyo and Osaka in Japan to various points across India on connecting flights operated by both carriers.

In addition to the existing codeshare on All Nippon Airways Mumbai –Tokyo direct flights, Jet Airways will place its marketing code on All Nippon Airways operated flights between Hong Kong – Tokyo/Osaka and Bangkok - Tokyo.

Similarly, All Nippon Airways will place its code on Jet Airways flights operated between Hong Kong and Mumbai/Delhi, Bangkok and Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata, Singapore and Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai and on domestic India routes between Mumbai and Delhi/Chennai/Kolkata.

JetPrivilege members will earn JPMiles for their entire journey when they fly on Jet Airways codeshare flights from India to Japan.

There has been a steady rise in the traffic from 3.35 lakh in 2009 to 4.65 lakh passengers in 2011 representing a 39 per cent growth.

Guests can now book a ticket between India and Japan with Jet Airways through travel agencies or viawww.jetairways.com.
